Innsbruck is correct. The Hill of Heroes (aka Bergeisel) was the scene of a battle by Tyrolean patriots against the French in 1809 and also, in more recent years, a ski jump and the scene of Olympic Triumphs by Franz Klammer. The Golden Balcony was built to celebrate the marriage of the Emperor Maximillian.
